ftsdata.get_itg_binning_correction(freq, delta_opd)[source]

Compute the itg binning correction to spectra

Parameters:

freqQuantity: the frequency axis of the spectrum
delta_opdQuantity: the delta opd of the original interferogram

Returns:

correctionndarray or float: the correction to apply to spectra, same shape as freq
